I met Christina when I had a property in Reno that became vacant. I was not pleased with my management company and wanted to try new ones. Speaking to Christina I liked that she handles the property herself, inspects them personally, is attentive to details, always very helpful and has great suggestions. Dealing with Dalton Christina Moses for my year at the apartment was convenient and easy. They were truly professionals and were quick to assist me with everything and anything I needed for the 12 months I lived at the property. All in all, it was a great experience
Christina has been incredibly helpful when I reach out with something pertaining to the house. As a tenant she has been within reach and quick to solve any question or problem I’ve had and it’s been refreshing to have a good landlord for once
Awful experience! Rude personnel, only requires app fees in cash or money order, however doesn't tell you when inquiring then doesn't have change when you have brought cash back. Jodi is unprofessional. Do not recommend if your looking for housing. Will deny you if your disabled against ADA laws! Horrible that we're being discriminated against because of a disability.
One of the most unprofessional property managers I have ever has to deal with. Christina Moses is rude, uncooperative and blatantly disrespectful. Not only has she gotten into altercations with my insurance agent but she goes as far as calling her tenants names as well as not providing adequate information in regards to contacting the landlord to submit formal complaints since she doesn't want to look bad.
