I have a family member that lives here. Apartments always cold not much heat something always with the water not hot enough or the water is brown. This building is not taken care of the right way the manager don't really take care of the building the right way staircase nasty happy people on the staircase shooting drugs up. Don't make the same mistake as I did. The management is a bunch of scammers. One tells you one thing and another one will tell you something else. They only know how to lie. Now that I was finally able to move in it's pretty nice other than the fact that the manager saw my review and now is trying to harass me.
