Absolutely terrible!!!! The wait time is ridiculous, they never answer the phone or call you back. Ive been waiting 6 days so far just for them to send my script to the pharmacy. Neglectful!!!
Doc Polastra is a "Rock Star" I had 2 back spinal surgery with him. He is a exceptionally amazing surgeon. I highly recommend him & his staff. They called my wife 2xs during surgery to tell her the progress.
Really bad if you have an appointment be ready to wait 2 hours to be call. They don’t have control here of there customers this is really crazy , I was waiting for hours and with my pain .
You can't even schedule an appointment at this clinic. They -never- answer the phone. Voicemails aren't returned and the online scheduling web form doesn't do anything. They never call you. At this point I'm not sure how to make an appointment. They hate their patients.
