They are open 2 days a week, never answer their phones, have no email/website, and are very difficult to understand. It took almost a month to book an appointment that will last 20 minutes to pick up the equipment and I couldn’t get an answer as to whether I should take PTO for the 3 day period to do the study in.
This place doesn't answer calls or voice messages.. you go there and there offices are closed.. when they do call you, the person on the other end speaks very little english.
