Paul, the technician was very helpful and very nice. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciated his care. The snippy scheduler, who I spoke with a few times, probably shouldn't work with the public. It was also very difficult to understand her and was offended when I said I didn't understand her. The scheduled pickup time and return times were very inconvenient, but I was told by the scheduler it was my insurance's fault. Not so sure how my insurance was scheduling this appt.
