Paul, the technician was very helpful and very nice. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciated his care. The snippy scheduler, who I spoke with a few times, probably shouldn't work with the public. It was also very difficult to understand her and was offended when I said I didn't understand her. The scheduled pickup time and return times were very inconvenient, but I was told by the scheduler it was my insurance's fault. Not so sure how my insurance was scheduling this appt. one drawback. No TV! otherwise a great experience. Comfortable Bed fell asleep within 15 minutes.
I don’t think it’s fair their equipment failed after 3 hours on day 2 of the at home testing. I had called with problem and no one to assist. I sent a note with the testing equipment since there is zero contact. Mostly upset because I was not used to monitors the first night and felt I didn’t sleep as usual. Felt better night 2 and slept long and well, but the monitoring stopped after few hours. This was after day one issues were mostly in second half. Really, it’s all done by computer.
