The facility was very clean and comfortable and the sleep tech (Matt) was very attentive and helpful, answering all my questions. Great bedside manner. (Reno location)
Easy, explained things well and lived just the drop box when returning the equipment.
Very unprofessional. Had testing done for my grandfather which was recommended by his cardiologist and was told “He’s 90 years old, just leave him alone” by the technician. He made the commentary to the other technicians and then proceeded to say it to our faces.
