I did a 2 night in home sleep Study. Waited 6 weeks to get my results. Finally received them and then was told to go see my primary provider with the results. My provider looked at me at my appointment and said I don't know anything about CPAP machines. Go back and talk to the sleep Study people. Never anyone in the USA who answers the phone, can't talk to anyone at the office, so completely frustrated with this while process. Had better customer service with an online CPAP company than the Dr, which I never saw, never talke... read more

Staff was nice and explained everything well. I had the home test so not much to comment on.
