Terrible experience. Finally received the results of the sleep study. My doctor sent them the doctor's orders and I have heard nothing. Called many times without receiving any return calls. Very poor business practice.
This place does not answer calls or voicemails.. I drove to the facility on Tenaya and found an unsuspecting nurse and kind of forced her to help me.. she ended calling, I think her supervisor, who confirmed appointment, time, date and adress
The representative was very helpful and informative about how to use the equipment.
