Check in was easy. Ramon was very professional and friendly. He explained the entire process.
The Staff at your Summerlin Location were accommodating and professional. The overnight stay was very comfortable. I had my private bedroom to include a King-sized bed. I highly recommend that location. Peace, Rev. Wilfred Moore
The service rep. Ramon made me feel like I was at home! The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. I just wish they had mini-fridge and microwave in rooms. Overall, the process was smooth.
Had my sleep study last night. Did not sleep well all night. Not really sure if what sleep I got was adequate for any evaluation. I didn't have one dream. Can't remember sleeping, but was told I did. Came home, took melatonin and slept well. The girl who scheduled me told me not to take melatonin, so I didn't bring any. When I arrived, the sleep technician said melatonin is OK to take. They don't provide any sleep aids either so I was stuck. I'd rather get this done in a hospital under anesthesia or with something to make me... read more
