We worked with Steve and Derek. They were always very courteous and incredibly helpful. We never felt ANY pressure and they were so accommodating to our needs! Their online ad matched the trailer perfectly and we felt they were always being honest and upfront with us.
This camper was 850 miles away from where I live. Deric took several pictures, videos, and took multiple phone calls to get this camper sold to me. I bought the camper sight unseen, based on his word. I needed the camper delivered, and he made all the arraignments to make it happen. Don't go there. Don't buy anything from this guy. He sold us a piece of s%€#t that didn't work and we weren't able to use it for 4-5 months due to it having to be fixed. He fixed most of it, but there were still issues that we had to have our car repair guy fix and had to pay for. When it was at that shop, they told us it was all rusty underneath. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Deric at Nevada RV. We bought our coach pretty much sight unseen. Deric was honest and forthright throughout our dealings, guiding us through the process and even suggesting that we get an independent inspector to look things over before proceeding with the purchase.
