I can only say my personal experience, and it may have been an honest mistake on their part, but they quoted me (via text) a figure for a rig. Then last minute, and only after I had inspection scheduled and contacted financing, did they change the quoted figure by $10,000 higher to a figure that I had already told them was over my budget. They were not willing to adjust the new number to compensate for their error at all. So just be aware, they did not live up to their word.
