The company’s name is long, but the wait times are short and sweet with exceptional service. I searched for AC repair, and they had me at “Senior and Military discounts”. Tech was at my house less than 3 hours later. Tests revealed no refrigerated air in the system. After offering less expensive options, I chose a brand new system to replace the 28 years old model. Next day service got the job done with Quality Control inspection the day after. NRS is a “go to” success story!
Marco excellent, didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. Second company to respond from Yelp and first to offer price via Yelp since I knew what I needed. They came within an hour of contacting them. Great price, very professional. I will use them again. Other companies highly rated AC companies on Yelp tried to rip me off for thousands. Beware. Our 10 year old HVAC system is starting to show symptoms of wear and tear so we schedule an appointment for maintenance. William texted us to tell us when he is on the way and meticulously documented his findings with before and after pictures to show us the conditions of his findings. Very efficient too. Would recommend to friends for sure!

Super friendly , very accommodating we had a no cool emergency and before we even purchased the unit he offered us some portable AC machines to alleviate the hot air in the house .
