I went in for kidney pain. They had me comfortable within a very short amount of time. My lab tests came back quickly as well as my CT results. My primary physician even commented, “That was fast!” Hats off to the tending ER doctor, the lovely nurses, lab and radiology department. I am very grateful for their care and service. -Kim

I had my baby here yesterday, but came in the day before because I was in active labor. The nurses are all very attentive and genuinely care about the patients. They knew that I had lost a baby before this one and that this one was my rainbow baby and made it kinda special for me. Especially Ashley and Nicole. They’ve made the entire experience amazing for my husband, daughter and I. They always make sure we have what we need, and if we ask for something they make sure we have it. The kitchen staff are extremely nice too. I ... read more

I was born, and raised, in Nevada. Years ago, I had a very bad opinion of the Nevada Hospital and wouldn’t have wanted any of my loved ones to be a patient. However, after having a parent as a patient there in 2015, and again last evening, I have 100% changed my mind. The Hospital is spotless and the staff is amazing!! I used to work for Mercy in Springfield and I can definitively tell you NRMC now has better care than Mercy!! Unfortunately, I did not get everyone’s names that provided care, but Dr. Turner and Nurse Jerri we... read more

💗 I I had my beautiful son last night at 6:40pm. He is 7 pounds 5 ounces 21 inches long. Didn’t have time for an epidermal. But the pain was well worth it.

It’s Nevada. If you are from here then you know that if you want to be overlooked, misdiagnosed, mistreated or flat out ignored...come here! If you have something serious going on and are capable of getting a second opinion, I would. Try Joplin, Springfield, KC...just trust your gut. If you don’t feel right and Nevada says you’re fine...I’d be doing some follow up somewhere else. Known too many people who have lost their lives to crap Nevada missed. Or bs stuff they’ve screwed up in surgeries.

I just had my baby here on April 20th and I must say the ob unit is awesome. I loved every nurse and doctor I saw. They all were very nice, patient, and a huge help.

Business response:

Thank you for sharing!

I have sat here 3 days with my daughter who has pneumonia so I can help her. As soon as I left last night because I had to work they made her get up and take a shower by herself. She verily has the strength to walk to the bathroom let alone stand in a shower by herself. They didn't offer to help or even check on her. It's seems like they purposely waited until I left, because I hadn't even made it home before she was texting me to come back.
