I was very impressed about the professional service I received.When I walked in I was greeted with smiles and introduction from check in to check out .The Dr.are very knowledgeable and as long as I’m in pain I will never go to another pain clinic.When I went to the examination room she was very concerned about me. I will rate 10 plus stars
love my Dr Beal. he is knowledgeable and patient kind. he is moving now & we will miss him so much 😞 but they have a staff of wonderful Drs. & staff of employees that are super that I have not seen in Drs offices in yrs. thank you all for your wonderful service to helping people with pain.
I've decided to move on and find a different specialist to perform my operation due to the incompetence of the front desk representatives. Not only will they make you wait 40 plus minutes just to hang up on you. They'll do it multiple times in a row. If I can not trust the front desk associates to simply help me schedule a procedure. How can I trust the pain management specialists to perform such a delicate procedure on my spine. What a joke.
