Poor communication - I requested an estimate for yard work, the owner showed up promptly and thoroughly reviewed the work to be done, which was all great. Then the problems started - I was told I'd get an estimate the week after. When I didn't receive it as promised , I called them and was told it would be the week after - which I understand. I hired a landscape architect and then Deven’s team to execute the plan. My backyard looks beautiful, but the service I received from Deven was terrible. He was rarely present, difficult to communicate with, and he is not addressing the issues with the work done by his team. Water feature was installed by his crew (except for tile work) that had a flooding problem. Our experience with Deven and his very professional landscape team of Pablo and crew is very positive. They installed paver walkways, steps and patio, low-voltage lighting, irrigation and a xeriscape landscape of trees, shrubs and rock and bark mulches. All was done efficiently, on time and on budget. We appreciated that they were committed to getting the work done right, making adjustments as needed to produce a beautiful final product. Five stars all around!
