All of the staff were very friendly and professional. I have no complaints. Good job, little to no pain.
5 stars for the front desk staff & surgeon! But the assistant ERodriguez, was terrible. I genuinely felt locked in a room with her being condescending to me. After explaining my situation, front desk got approved to waive a fee. (I would have cancelled if that did not happen) We then proceeded with the visit, at the end ERodriguez presents a paper with the fee on it. Staff was kind and attentive. I chose not to be put asleep and Dr. Johnson has designed his technique to maximize comfort and avoid pain. I didn’t feel any pressure or pain as he removed my wisdom tooth. Truly a first rate experience. Lindsey Dalley DDS
