Specific to the lady with red/burgundy eyebrows and hair: I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I waited for 30 minutes with no communication or acknowledgment, and the service I eventually received was unacceptable. Lily is phenomenal, being going to her for about 7 years now. She knows exactly how I like my nails and feet done. It's quality work she's the best.
