I recently visited Nevada Nails on Centennial and had an extremely disappointing experience that needs to be addressed. After entering the salon, I waited for over 10 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me or offering assistance. Specific to the lady with red/burgundy eyebrows and hair: I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I waited for 30 minutes with no communication or acknowledgment, and the service I eventually received was unacceptable. I came in for a simple gel removal and regular polish, but was told they would not perform the gel removal alone because it was "too cheap."
