This place is extremely unprofessional. Getting scheduled Liz was very sweet and got me in fast, the first appointment for my daughter was fine however the second appointment was literally 5 minutes long not to mention the MA never sent me the forms needed for the follow up appointment and sent it in the day off my daughter appointment and I was unable to complete it so we didn’t even touch base on what we needed to talk about . I am thankful to Carene in medical records department for accommodating my request in efficient manner. Truly, their whole team are doing an excellent job. I generally never review medical. Mainly because this is a deeply personal journey for everyone and it's very hard to compare my journey to someone else's. However, in this instance I feel compelled to cover a bit of our experience. We were referred to the clinic as a potential for local TMS treatments. I’ve had mixed experiences on the team here. Reception is kind which can be the hurdle getting healthcare. The TMS coordinator, Ayla, is a compassionate communicative individual I am grateful to see. On the other hand, I am incredibly disappointed my the way Dr. O handled my bridge visit. I normally see a different psychiatrist here, but was having a bad reaction to the medication my original psychiatrist prescribed me.
