Do yourself a favor and hire another broker!!!! By far the worst experience of my life as this man Frank Guzman has defrauded my company and refusing to remove vehicles from our fleet. This man is nothing but a scam artist!!! Additionally we had a second issue when we purchased a new vehicle after we had one totaled and though we sent sufficient documents to added said vehicle to our fleet he never did.
