My husband was outsourced from the VA HOSPITAL had an appointment on Aug. 12 Th He was told to return in October. He was admitted to the hospital and placed in ICU for double pneumonia. On Aug 17 Th. Today is Aug. 24th and he is still in the hospital. Why wasn’t the pneumonia detected by the specialist???

Tried to get an appointment with Dr Guerana. He has 1 person handling patients, taking calls, making appointments, and checking insurance, which they MUST HAVE before they book an appointment. Two faxes from my primary doctor, which they said they didn’t receive because their fax isn’t working properly. 11 attempts to contact them, and I still don’t have an appointment. First attempt.
