Not that bad
My Fiancè and I just moved out of the apartments after renting here for 3 years. I really disliked the ladies at the leasing office they were always rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Overall the apartment itself was fine. We have many fond memories there, the maintenance employees were awesome and always kind. We just had so many issues with the employees at the leasing office. We lived here for over ten years, and had no major complaints about anything at all. Landscaping was kept nice and tidy, maintenance was very prompt in addressing issues, the management was friendly, and parking was well-enforced (given the proximity to the university, this is pretty important if you want to have a space available)
