Unreliable when it counts. Their service plan is a ripoff, scam and they do not honor those maintenance requests ahead of anyone else, as promised when they sold it to us. They "serviced" our fireplace twice, both times it took weeks to book, and both times it only worked for 1 day. The office team is rude, condescending, and incompetent.
