Nevada Heating replaced my home water heater for $5000, and the estimate and invoice both stated that the water pan drain was to be plumbed to the outside of the house. However, when the job was completed and I asked why the drain plumbing wasn't done, job supervisor Vince told me that he was specifically told not to do the outside drain. Unreliable when it counts. Their service plan is a ripoff, scam and they do not honor those maintenance requests ahead of anyone else, as promised when they sold it to us. They "serviced" our fireplace twice, both times it took weeks to book, and both times it only worked for 1 day. The office team is rude, condescending, and incompetent.
