Absolutely horrific. Reschedules appointments last minute, then you show up and it’s not on the books. Then wait 2.5 hrs. Don’t waste your precious time because they will. Not even apologetic about there mistakes. PS, I thought these guys were supposed to prevent stress…LOL, they just create it.
I've been waiting for my appointment for an hour, no one bothered to tell me that they have a delay that takes more time, the staff is uncaring, they sit and talk about nonsense instead of doing their job, if you want a cardiologist this is not the place for you!!!
I have been trying for 2 days to get through to make a follow up appointment after my surgery. No luck. I am going to drive there to see them face to face to make the appointment.
My wife had an appointment at 3:50 today when we arrived she was told it was at 2:50 I was standing right next to her when she repeated 3:50 we drove1 1/2 hrs from pahrump for an appointment that we waited 3 months to get. Totally unprofessional
