My husband just had his PET SCAN today and Tyler the technician did a good job! He listened carefully on what the story behind why we rescheduled his procedure on this location and he said there was a note written on his chart as well about the incident that he was poked 4x by the technician working on the other location in Tenaya Way, even if my husband followed the instructions before the procedure as what he did today, but we will never come back to do his scan on that location if the same technician will be on duty. I understand they have routine but when my husband hearts beating only at 10% I should have had every right to stay by his side regardless of what ever else is going on. I was made to wait . An he didn't have his support ( me) with him . I don't think this was right. Specially when he's already scared an prone to panic Attacks . The lady who took my husband back was actually quiet cold didn't seem to show any concern over the fact he wanted me w him . Shame on you tech.
