Do not go to any Nevada Heart and Vascular Center. They have messed up my about for my test multiple times each time they reschedule it is 2-3 months out. I initially saw them in the beginning of June. It's is now july 17 and I was suppose to do and ultrasound and a treadmill stress test. So after waiting a month to do these test I get a phone call saying the scheduled the wrong test and that the soonest availability for the correct test is in September. My wife Dr Khan is our cardiologist. I would highly recommend him.
I had been seeing a cardiologist for about 4 years in Tuscon. I am also a retired RN so I know a little of which I speak. Dr Patel did not listen to my heart! Even though I am having no symptoms, listening is how the PA at my GPs office heard the change in the sound. Them I was sent for follow up with cardiologist. I will be seeing someone else!
Had my first visit the other day and the staff was great! Receptionist and the nurse that took me back for an EKG were both really nice. Dr. Khan was patient with all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Really appreciated all their help!
