We came here for a 1 pm appointment and we arrived at 12:50pm and we enter to the lobby and this black lady woman she says to us we are not open until 1 pm and I asked her if we can wait in the lobby until 1 pm because is it was hot outside she said NO you must wait outside and I mentioned to her we do have a baby and is too hot outside to be with the baby even like that she NO , I meant it was just -0 minutes that’s we was going to wait at the lobby she was very rude and about the baby , she show NO COMPASSION.
