Great experience today at the Mammovan. Check in process is done in front part of the truck and exam in the back. The mammogram was performed by Tammy, who is super experienced and friendly. If you need an exam but don’t have insurance or a doctor, call the office and use phone prompts to get to Mammovan coordinator to find out when the van will be in your area.
Had my very first mammogram today at the health summit! The mammogram van was there and Tammy did my exam. She’s absolutely amazing! She really took her time to thoroughly explain every part of the process. I had a sleepless night because I was nervous, but Tammy’s customer service is outstanding! She made me feel comfortable and treated me with such care and gentleness. I experienced absolutely no pain whatsoever! Thank you, Tammy! You’re a blessing!
I was happy with the service I got. But very unsatisfied by the way a women spoke to me when I asked what issue I had. She made me feel upset.all I wanted to know was why they had found and she was real rude to me.
