AVOID UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!! Price gauging like crazy! We had three cars and a home bundled with them and the price for a renewal they offered us was borderline offensive. For no tickets, no claims, no car payments, and a fully paid off home. Progressive gave us HALF the price of the National General renewal! Never answer the phone in important phone calls , can never reach out to any customer service representative, always keep me on the hold menu for hours, complete garbage customer service .

Ive had this isurance co for 8 yrs never a problem staff is great and the rates get cheaper as long as no d.u.i. or accidents
