I've been going to Nevada Fit West for eight months and have enjoyed the classes and the personal training. If you have a fear about working out and want a place where you feel comfortable and welcome, Nevada Fit offers all of that and more. I've lost weight and built up muscle in a healthy and safe way. In the classes, the trainers are kind, helpful, and encouraging and make you feel like you're the only one there. It's been a great experience, and I highly recommend Nevada Fit.
