Terrible customer service provide by this Vanessa Cabrera, the lack of communication is unacceptable and extremely frustrating as well as disappointing. I've been trying to reach her multiple times regarding my divorce case, but I have yet to receive any clear communication from her. It has now been nearly three months, and I am extremely concerned about the lack of progress. 10/28/19 - Met with Vanessa Cabrera representing "Nevada Divorce Center". All documents for a simple divorce were signed, along with contingency forms for contested filing. A deposit of $700 was paid. We were told the defendant nd would be served in 1-2 weeks, with a final divorce in 6 weeks if not contested. At the time of signing, the copier/printer was "not working" and I was told she would email copies of documents to me. NO email was ever received. 11/25/19- Court records show no filing has occurred.
