Drivers run red lights. Sitting in the left turn lane with a green light. Not just 1 but 4 cars go after I have the green. All the worthless drivers in personal vehicles should also be dealt with but as someone with a company vehicle your driver should be extra cautious. If you can't figure out how to drive, it explains the other bad reviews.

I let their technician into our building last Friday to work on the boiler. We had been out of hot water for 4 days. It's now Monday and still no hot water. So we've been 7 days without hot water now in mid-November, 2024. I just called and asked the lady who answered if I could get an update about our service call from last Friday. She immediately responded "we've got someone there actively working on it." However, I had not yet mentioned our location. This is an updated review regarding a horrible experience with the NBC office, specifically with the office manager Brenna Smith who is very aggressive, rude, and unreasonable. NCB grossly overcharged us for the service and have been harassing us nonstop. We were charged for 2 hours of “work” that was done under an hour (shutting a hot water valve off, which did nothing to fix the HVAC not cooling issue), as well as a “truck” charge that was never discussed or agreed upon. Stay away from this business!
Travis at Nevada Chiller & Boiler is AWESOME! He didn't make us wait for an hour and instead arrived in 10 minutes. He thoroughly investigated everything and then explained everything in detail. We really appreciate Travis' responsiveness, professionalism, patience, and skills. We will definitely ask for him again!
