I have had couple of visits to see Dr Lamerson in the last two months to deal with my dermatology issues. I found her to be very competent, methodical in her evaluation, doing appropriate steps to confirm her evaluation, and providing effective treatment. In addition, her staff is also courteous, helpful and very responsive to patient concerns. It has been easy to reach her office with questions - very timely response. I recommend her highly.

She may be really good at what she does but when I called to get an appt to have a suspicious round discolored spot above my breast I was told I couldn't get in for 6 months. You may want to look elsewhere

Be forewarned -- before they will even ask what you need to be treated for, they will 100% focus on how you can pay. I said I would pay cash and got put on hold for 3 minutes while she and the practice manager decided that I would have to sign a waiver that I would never try to go through insurance.
