I was treated for breast cancer at the Nevada Cancer Institute in 2006-2007. I went through chemotherapy and radiation treatments there. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my treatments. The doctors, nurses and all the staff at NCI were wonderful. I was extremely sorrowed at the closing of such an a caring and empathetic place. It's a testimony to their advanced knowledge, that they were able to find a drug to treat the type of cancer I had ,that I am still alive today.
