Farm Bureau in Dallas (rayshon.carthen agency) They cancelled our entire families auto insurance policies because of 1 accident that our daughter was in. No other accidents since we opened the policy in 2023. There was no injuries. I just find it ridiculous. I've never experienced this before with auto insurance. Nationwide did cancel our homeowners insurance after a house fire in 2023.
Gordon Pippin's Farm Bureau office has been fantastic! We moved to Belhaven in 2013 and his office has been supportive from the start. Lori has been almost instantaneous in her responses and Gordon has solved any issue we have had. He recently helped us close on the sale of our condo when no one else seemed to know what to do! The office has supported us with home, auto, boat, condo, and umbrella insurance. He and his office are the best!!!
Don't trust these people. I Have proof that they got a shop to lie so. They don't have to pay A claim. All video. I am taking them To court.
Kyle Henson of NC Farm Bureau in Asheville should LOSE HIS LICENSE for the despicable way he treats 17+ year clients. His smarmy suggestion that he cares carries about as much weight as a python who only wants a hug. He’s deadly. Avoid everything to do with him and this company if you care about your family and home.
BAD!!!!!!, they went way up on price. Tryed to concil policy. Huge conciliation fee!!!! Nothing mention on statement
Was with another leading insurance company for 40+ years - automobile and home...Met with Kenny Cheek in the High Point office - "apples to apples" quote...Kenny was able to save me approx. $1,000.00/year - Money talks...Thanks Kenny - HIGHLY RECCOMMEND !!!
