NeuWave has provided our AV and Security systems since we moved into our home in 2016. With regard to our service calls over the last 18 months I have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Tim and Greg in scheduling the work. And my recent technician, Marc, went above and beyond to do professional work and patiently answer my many questions to understand the technical specifications of my system. In addition I have always found Jimi the office manager easy to work with and very friendly. Please keep up the good work!

My husband works for the company. They treat their staff amazing and their customer service, sales and service staff are impeccable.
I don't normally like to write bad reviews or reviews in general because everyone is human and has bad days, but there are a lot more responsive and better companies in the Raleigh Area for your Audio Video needs. We were working with a salesman from Neuwave and we got the back and forth for 2 months as we tried to get a proposal from them for the work we needed done.
