We built our house four years ago, and our builder recommended Neuwave. Looking back, I wish I had done more research. Initially, the work seemed acceptable, but we quickly encountered numerous issues after moving in. Each technician who came out pointed out how poorly the previous installation was done. Fit & finish bad. Cut 3 times, measured once. Couldn't even find the drywall cut-out in the garbage, so not sure where they put that. They then cut two new additional holes, but again didn't measure where the brackets would go. So both plates got crushed and look so sloppy, as you can see in the picture. This is an amateur operation and they refused to make it right after I asked. Installers even refused to attach the mount's brace-extender that is required to move the TV up and down. NeuWave has provided our AV and Security systems since we moved into our home in 2016. With regard to our service calls over the last 18 months I have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Tim and Greg in scheduling the work. And my recent technician, Marc, went above and beyond to do professional work and patiently answer my many questions to understand the technical specifications of my system. In addition I have always found Jimi the office manager easy to work with and very friendly. Please keep up the good work!
Greg and his team have really come through for The Woman's Club of Raleigh. Really appreciate their dedication to getting our giant screen useable for our next event January 16. Thanks guys
