I used the old formula for years and it was great for my skin, suddenly now they replaced it with this new upgraded formula which did not work well for my skin and got a bit of rash, please bring back the old formula. I searched more than 10 pharmacies in Dubai and cannot find it, it's like you're forcing us to buy this new one which is not good for my skin type normal to dry. Just to be clear I stopped using this product and now replaced it with Vichy mineral 89

Liquid Neutrogena 8oz pump bottle for the last 26 years has kept my 72 year old face Smooth and wrinkle free. I use it everyday when I shower and use to shave and keep the white spots away. When I was in the hospital and then three weeks in Rehab Center to relean how to walk without falling I was not able to use Liquid Neutrogena.
