$20,000 small bathroom, incorrect vanity basin was Installed while I was away. Shower drain insert grate cover Has to be removed and cleaned underneath is very heavy . Need a screwdriver to lift it off the floor .screws used to put in the shower screen now has rust coming out on the tiles. Grout on tiles is changing to blue. Bathroom mirrors on vanity cupboard all need replacing one has chip on it. Wall tiles are starting to show Brown marks impossible to get off.
