I have had 2 issues treated by Dr. Marianne Nolan and and the results have been excellent. In 2016 I had 2 treatments for "spider veins" on my nose and face. The result was excellent and has remained that way until 2025. In 2018 I had numerous "Morgan de Campbell" spots removed off my torso in 1 treatment. They resembled small blood blisters. $12k AU for laser of the face and would be performed by their Gp “laser physician” I found this rather misleading. If the dermatologist don’t do the lasers then patients should be told this prior to their appointment that their in house Gp/physican does them.
Dr Poon provided advice on a standard drug and advised taking 6 times the recommended dose With no warning of severe side effects He clearly did not wish to prescribe anything else to ease my extreme discomfort and stress. I consider this negligent.
Met with warmth and compassion on my first visit here. They are responsive and transparent with pricing from the get-go from an email enquiry I sent through, not pushy and thorough. Dr Terence P, Dr Helena T and Nurse Luise took great care of me with a seamless consultation and immediate treatment for laser the same day (I did go during a less busy time of the week).
