Do not bother going here unless you have experience in billing and health records management due to their lack of education in those areas. They will incorrectly bill you multiple times despite you contacting them about the initial bill until you loop in your insurance to contact them to remind them that CO-45 adjustment codes can not be billed to patients. I've been a patient here since 2020, my personal therapist ended up leaving this practice and since then my experience has gone drastically downhill. In the past 3 months alone, they have cancelled and had to reschedule 4 of my appts. Today, they called me 15 min before my appt to say my provider could no longer meet with me. I had been a patient a few years ago. So my review isn't recent, but I couldn't believe the low stars for this place. When I was a patient, just recovering from cancer and suffering from depression I tried T.M.S. therapy and loved it! The receptionist was super nice and welcoming every single time I came in even when she was having a bad day herself she never made it apparent in any way and was always super positive. I read through many reviews here before posting mine today. Frankly, I was surprised at the low rating and wanted to see what others’ experiences were. They certainly don’t match mine. And I can assure you that I am an actual patient who currently goes to this office five days a week. I have been doing Telehealth appointments with Schuyler at the Portland office for several years. TMS has honestly changed my life. Why doesn't EVeRyoNe know about this treatment for medication resistant depression??!!?!? I was in rough shape when I started treatments, and it only took 3 weeks before I didn't want to die when I woke up each day. If you're struggling, it's worth at least a consult to see if it could help you. This office, in particular has a very laid back vibe.
