I was told by the staff that the doctor time is very important as if mine wasn't or my patient care wasn't. They are very unprofessional. Appointment times are never kept. You sit for hours waiting for your appointment but you can't be 15 minutes late. I would not use this place
The wait times are astronomical, everytime I go for even just a follow up it takes forever because they way over book ! I don't care how long you sit there !! I had to leave my appointment today without seeing anyone except the guy who did my blood pressure check. Then sit and sit and sit and sit ! Its absolutely terrible 2 hours for just a follow up ! Got there at 10 and left abruptly at 12 ! I think I left my cane there also ? Just to frustrated to call right now. You can do better.
This place is a joke. 1st visit was booked with a dr. And a Dr never set foot in the room after a 1.5 hour wait. The insurance denied my MRI so they did a peer to peer to try to get it approved. I did get my X-rays. Insurance said to see the Dr a second time and they would approve the MRI. Appointment 2 was today. After a 1.5 hour wait and taking in my X-rays I had a PA come in. During my struggle of my insurance not covering my back surgery, the team helped me through it all so I can get my surgery. We fought and battled and we finally beat it. I felt very important, they've shown empathy and sympathy. When they told me the news that I was able to get my surgery from medical negligence, they expressed so much joy and cheered.
