The Doctor was rude and condescending. "I didn't feel the need to meet you because you don't need surgery". I made an appointment with a doctor, I expect to meet and see the doctor that's getting paid, Im a new patient. His response- sorry your expectation wasn't met I can't change the past. Words can't express my gratitude for the entire staff, had surgery two weeks ago for l4 l5 s1 and had instant pain relief haven't felt this good in years Thanks to all for your excellent care
Doctor and staff are very capable and nice but they seriously need time management classes or software. The wait time after scheduled appointment has exceeded an hour on 3 different occasions and once over an hour and a half! Seems to be a pattern. The treatment results are good but be prepared for unreasonably long waits.
I have been working with the amazing people, staff, doctors at Neuspine for the last 2 years +since my back injury. I can’t sing their praises enough! Jennifer L. and Dr. Weinberg are so amazing, good kind people. I look forward to my appointments not just to feel better, dealing with the daily discomforts and pain, but because from start to finish I am greeted with a smile and kind words. “Genuine” is a good word. 💯 genuine and in todays world those kind of people are hard to find.
