Dr Webb was pleasant, understanding and enthusiastic to help me! This BSW location reminded me of something in the soviet union. The waiting area is hideous. No clock worked, the tv was not working, the chairs were a gloomy brown, carpeting was worn - even the fluorescent lights hsve seen better days. Dark, dank snd the receptionist was gloomy. If uou csn make it through all this, you’ll be very pleased with Dr Webb.
Dr. Webb performed a multi-level fusion on my lumbar spine and did an amazing job performing the procedure. Always remember, spine surgery is tricky and you may not always get the outcome you wish for. I didn’t, but it was no fault to the surgeon, my body simply produced a lot of scar tissue in an area that caused issues. As far as trusting Dr Webb for any future procedures, absolutely! I’m actually going back to see him soon for issues in other segments of my spine.
This medical office has very odd practices. I made my appointment with the physician over the phone via Baylor Scott & White appointment setting. Approximately 36 hours before my appointment, I received a call telling me the physician refuses an initial visit until CT or MRI imaging has been done and they refuse to place the order for the imaging unless I make an appointment with his PA. 15 years ago Doctor Webb performed a fusion on my lower back. This was necessary because off a failed first surgery by another Doctor. This review is long overdue and I just wanted to put some faith and assurance into some people contemplating this very invasive surgery. I have been able to finally live a pain free life due to this man and his team and I will be forever grateful thank you so much
I have nothing but the upmost respect and appreciation for Dr Michael Webb, his clinical and surgical teams are professional, empathetic and supportive of every need as you take this walk. I am blessed having met and been a patient at this practice. My scar is beautiful ♥️
