What an awesome doctor and staff!! I was very impressed with Dr. Dickerman upon meeting him. He was very thorough and considered every option before surgery. After 5 years of excruciating pain, Dr. Dickerman performed a 360 spinal fusion at my L5/S1 three weeks ago today and I am completely pain free, outside some normal healing pains... I forgot what it was like to not hurt and to be able to sleep through the night. Hands down, the best and most knowledgeable Neurosurgeon in the world (believe me, I had my share of neurosurgeon visits in the past 4 years)! From the moment I met Dr. Dickerman, I felt like I had made the right choice. He took his time explaining every detail and answering all of my questions. Dr. Dickerman is extremely professional yet very personable. He listens to your concerns, gives you straight answers and options, and discusses pros and cons. I want to personally thank Dr. Dickerman and his staff for seeing me on a quick referral and scheduling my surgery almost as quickly. I think I have a high pain tolerance but it was no match for a herniated disc with leg pain and foot drop. The pain was gone when I woke up from surgery and I think I only took a couple of pain pills in the 3 weeks since surgery. Thanks again Dr. Dickerman.
Didn't care a thing about me. Just wanted to slap a spinal cord stimulator implant in me instead of finding what was really wrong! Stim was a fail especially after they put one in I didn't even do my trial with. Now found out from another Dr. I have a broke bone in my lumbar.
Dr Dickerman is excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr. Dickerman is a very attentive surgeon. My mother came to him and he was able to see if wasn't her spine that was the problem and was her hip. He was able to suggest a great surgeon for her. I'm so appreciative that he didn't just see a spine patient and took the time to result access her problem. We are truly grateful for his compassion and understanding that every patient has their own story.
Dr Dickerman is an amazing doctor. I can't say enough good things about him except he is wonderful!!
Excellent caring surgeon! Everyone on staff are the best!
