I guess I couldn't be any happier with our experiences with Neurotech and we did an hour long EEG and a 72 hour EEG. Everyone has been super nice and insanely helpful. The techs were great about checking in and being understanding about things coming up on our side during the testing (likewise, I've been understanding that things can happen when they come to you instead of you going to them and sometimes you have to change a schedule a little bit.) Dr ordered an urgent EEG for my child after a seizure. We had an appointment between 130 and 2pm. They knew that I was rearranging our whole schedule and that ABA was going to have extra support in staff to help us and also that we were going out of town. I asked for a phone call to tell me what time it would be closer to, as I was sitting there waiting for them and I could have ran some errands. They called me at 125pm saying that it would be close to 2. I stayed at the facility. Received a phone call at 218p, after the tec... read more

Kayla was my tech on 4/17. She was amazing. I was on edge due to not many good reviews on here. She made me feel alot better about the process. Don't let the bad reviews scare you. Would definitely recommend!
