DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR MAJOR RIPOFF!! I was referring to this doctors by my EVMS. Registered a week before my appointment give both (2 different insurance) of my insurance information. Never received a call prior to my appointment. Went to the office on the day of my appointment they ask for my insurances again Sentara and blue cross blue shield. He has been great in the past I like him for my doctor. I am having worsening symptoms from where he treated me before . Been seeing him my whole life now his office says I am a new patient and cannot see him until 3/25 . They still have my records still. I need some help.

Very disappointed with the lack of treatment given by Dr. Lanoue for a previously diagnosed neurological condition. He performed no tests of his own nor recommended any course of treatment that would assist in pain relief for a debilitating disorder. What he did suggest was out of his medical area of expertise and training. He seemed less concerned with listening to the complaints of pain and visible physical distress and more concerned with dismissing the visibly presenting complaints to another medical dynamic. Dr. Robert J. Lanoue Is My Neurologist And Has Been For Quite A Few Years He Has An Excellent Personality And Is Great As My Physician, I Am Very Blessed To Have Him For My Doctor.
