After a cool start to our consult, Dr. Cassidy finally turned around and faced us. Answered our questions and strongly recommended treatment quickly. His staff were very pleasant once we were actually able to get on the schedule and on office.
VERY difficult to get through to anyone. I had an appointment a month age, Dr Guerin said he was ordering a CT scan and nothing has been ordered. A month of pain and narcotics has gone by and I can't even get answers after MANY calls.
Very knowledgeable doctors and very caring staff.
