He has not worked on me yet but had done nothing but make me feel welcome, like I have options and thorough with his diagnosis explanations. As for the staff they have been great, very informative and prompt to help me and guide me through this difficult painful situation. I have been the difficult one. Thankful I found someone who will listen.
The experience at this clinic was incredibaly disapointing. Starting with the front desk, as I am desperate in pain, and it is my first appointment with Dr. Purvines, the lady in the front desk was rude demanding my name was in the insurance card, kind of yelling. The insurance only provided with my husbands even thouhg we, in the family are covered, and have been using this for years. Dr purvines has done 4 of my surgeries. 2 on my neck and 2 on my back. He's always honest with me about my situation and takes the time to explain anything to you. I wouldn't trust anyone else but him doing my surgeries. Best around in my opinion.
Dr. Scott Purvines is an amazing Neurosurgeon, currently working with BJC. I could write a book about what good he has done for me. Doctor Purvines has been working with me for the last 15 years. I have severe cervical spine issues and I've had 6 surgeries so far with him. We just got done with a cervical fusion where I was having issues with chord signal depletion, and in impingement of the central canal.
