I saw Dr. Brendan Fong in July after struggling with cervical spine problems and bulging discs for over two years. I had tried every possible option to avoid surgery, but it became clear that surgery was the only solution. This was my second appointment, sad too say it wasn't much better than my first. Although this time I was able to actually able to get in and see the doctor. The receptionist, was very rude and hostile both visits . Claiming the she couldn't bill me at the second visit. Both me and my daughter and wife, who accompanied me, felt that neither the receptionist nor the doctor were particularly interested in helping us or serving us in our time of need. And this was where I was referred ?

I cannot speak of Dr. Fong himself since we did not get past his office help. But today's scheduled appointment has been the worst ever. I took my father for a schedualed consultation today, he has several bulging and possibly herniated discs. On our way to the office we ran into road construction and had to backtrack. We called in good faith to let the office know we were running a few minutes behind but we on our way. The woman answering said as long as we arrived before the appointment time, 11:30 am. My husband has a bulging disc in the L4 and L5 portion of his back so we made an appointment with Dr Fong. He has been VERY informative and professional! His assistant, Jordan is wonderful as well!! STRONGLY suggest him!

Dr. Fong is an excellent surgeon. He's very compassionate and informative about your issues and options on what your situation desires. I thought I had no other options until he reassured me that he could fix my back/spinal issues and his surgery was a total success!!
