I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and getting another opinion elsewhere. My experience was terrible from beginning to end. Had a medical consult there two years ago and a second one today. They are closest to the tower on the right as your looking at the building. Suite 125 technically the second floor on your left. Receptionist was pleasant and I can't recall the docs name but he was cool both times.
