I had an EEG and called back to get a possible prescription. No one called me back. I called a week later and requested to speak to the doctor. The nurse called back and in my option was rude. Said the Doctor doesn’t make phone calls and said I had not done my labs. I was not informed of labs and she said I’m sure I told you in a rude manor. Dr. Borkowski didn't diagnose me with Scoliosis on 4/2020, 4 years later I need T11-S1 surgery, do your research on your back. If you had told me, I could have done my research I'm good at it. He just did a laminectomy and offered more surgery on my back, the laminectomy hurt worse than all my rods, pins, screws, and fusions in my neck in 2008 problem because I had Scoliosis. Awesome staff, Dr Howard Smith is a very good physician that cares about the patient and the patients needs. I highly recommend Neurosurgery of Corpus Christi.
I was not happy about my visit 😕 I had a 2:10 pm appointment. I wasn't seen until just before 5:00 pm. The doctor was with me for 10 or 15 minutes 🤔. He brought in a model to show me and explain how he would do the surgery on my back. I didn't get enough time to ask questions about my concerns. He was in a hurry to leave because the office was closing for the day. I tried calling back the next day to obtain more information. I never received a response back.
