during my time, I had two cranial surgeries at BMC, they went so horribly that the doctor does not work there anymore. For some reason, they are so hesitant to offer me a solution despite the fact that I will suffer the rest of my life. Audiology is an amazing department, for an example of all the other amazing aspects of BMC, but the cranial department let a doctor deform me and led me to believe that the problem would go away so I wouldn’t keep crying about it. Unprofessional and emotionally scarring to myself.
