RecommendedWe had such a great experience with this team! Dr. Cobb was such a pleasure. He didn't rush us through our process, he reached out to check on my husband multiple times and was always available to answer our questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Cobb and his team!!
We called five times between 6/28/19 to 7/12/19 to discuss a finding on a brain MRI, and next steps with the covering doctor Luigi Bassani (the primary, Dr. Richard Anderson, was out of the country until 7/15/19). Despite the staff emailing and paging him five times in this time period, we never received a call back.
Dealing with this office was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. The scheduling was a nightmare. Phone calls take hours and hours and hours to return. We saw Dr. Cobb, after not being able to get an appointment for several weeks. Dr. Cobb did spinal fusion on my husband, and he is now in worse shape than he was before due to this doctor's negligence and lack of expertise. I can't speak for all the doctors in this practice but certainly stay away from Dr. Cobb.
