I met Jeremy Russell through the Epworth Emergency Department and felt at ease immediately. I can not recommend Mr. Russell highly enough. I had severe, terrible pain from sciatica from a bulging disc for 6 months, and was struggling with every day things. I saw Mr. Russell for a micro discectomy, and had immediate relief. 6 weeks on, I feel the best I have felt in years. He was very easy to talk to, explained what was happening in a way I understood, and the surgery itself was as good as I could have hoped for. Furthermore, his receptionist was exceptional to deal with. She is patient, kind and very helpful!
Outstanding result for my meningioma surgery in Sept 2025 with no nerve damage. Jeremy took the time to listen and made sure all questions were answered in advance and welcomed family involvement in appointments. Sasha at the office was super efficient, helpful and always kind. Less than four months later the scar is barely noticeable (helped by scar massage).
Since 2019 I have had quite a run around and 2025 showed I suffer from TN. I met with Dr Russell after becoming a member of the Trigevenal Australian support group and he came highly recommended .
