I was skeptical at first about this whole process, but it’s been very effective. From the first call to the intake with Dr. O’Neill to the daily interactions with either Emily Alyssa or Rylee - everything was excellent! I highly recommend this process and these folks. Thanks so much!!
I just finished my last TMS appointment, and I can't say enough good things about the team. From day one, they made it so comfortable to come in every day. There wasn't any pressure, and it was never awkward—just a truly welcoming environment. They were so easy to talk to and incredibly understanding, whether it was about treatment, personal challenges, or scheduling conflicts. The techs/staff were extremely kind, supportive and accommodating. Alyssa, Emily, Riley - you are all amazing. As another reviewer mentioned, the way you're treated by health professionals - especially when you're battling depression/anxiety, with all of its impact on your day-to-day life, coping skills, ability to think, plan, speak, work - is huge. I can't say enough about how glad I am that I connected with NeuroStim TMS. The treatment lifted a fog that I had lived in for years and years that never quite lifted despite all the right meds and having a great therapist. The staff was great, particularly my tech Emily. She's super kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that hasn't had the success they're hoping for in treating their depression.
